Returns/Exchange Policy

Unopened product package may be exchanged or returned with an original sales receipt for a full refund withing 30 days of purchase.

Opened product in its original package may be exchanged or returned with an original sales receipt (subject to a 20% restocking fee) withing 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchange on wired or bluetooth headphones.

Device Exchange: 14 days for defective devices, the device must be in the same as new condition as received and free of liquid damages, in its original box with the included accessories, any Apple ID account added to the device needs to be removed before sending it back to us or your exchange will be denied.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

SPECIAL ORDER

Estimated pick up date on any special order is not guarantee! Wireless Tech is not responsible for order delays due to shipping or handling difficulties caused by weather, postal service delays or warehouse shipping delays. If the item ordered arrives damaged or the wrong item was received; customer can get a full refund or may re-order the product. If for any other reason the customer does not want the product ordered after being placed; a 20% restocking fee will apply.


CELL PHONE UNLOCK

Estimated unlock date is not guarantee! Depending on the phone’s original carrier and the amount of orders requested during the time of the unlock request it may take up to 7 business days more than the expected date. After the unlock submission a CANCELLATION IS NOT PERMITED even if it takes longer than expected. If an order comes out rejected from the unlocking service server, customer can get a full refund or may request an upgraded unlock service. Same rules apply to any iCloud removal service.


DEVICES REPAIR

Estimated pick up date and time are not guarantee! If a part is being ordered for a repair; Wireless Tech Inc. is not responsible for any delays due to shipping or handling difficulties caused by weather, postal service delays or factory shipping delays. If the part(s) ordered arrives damaged or defective; customer can get a full refund or may agree to a new pickup date. If for any other reason the customer does not want the device to be repaired after receiving an invoice and part(s) are being ordered for this repair; a 20% restocking fee of the total parts ordered will be deducted from the deposit. A device being repaired may have other unnoticeable damages or components damages that sometimes takes time to affect or cause malfunctions therefore we are not responsible for any future damages to your device not related to the specific repair done by Wireless Tech. We are not responsible for screen damages to your device while being repaired if there are previous cracks, frame dents, screen glued from previous repair or any abnormal conditions that seals the screen to the frame. After a repair is done there is no warranty for devices that has been subjected to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, broken, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, attempted repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration or if there is a cracked back frame before or after the repair. Waterproof devices will no longer be waterproof after any alteration or repair; therefore, Wireless Tech is not responsible for water damaged devices after being repaired.
